Mt. Fromme

Many folks refer to this riding area as Grouse, because if you keep riding up the fireroad you arrive at the top of Grouse Mountain where the skyride arrives.

One of the best things about Grouse is the yellow gate. The gate is at the top of Mountain Highway and it marks the beginning of the gradual dirt road climb that leads to mtb nirvana. This means no shuttling so the you'll find fewer riders and more pleasant ones as well. Along every switchback you'll find trail heads and virtually none of them disappoint.
