...Neds Atomic Dustbin, a high speed trail of moderate difficulty that is popular with the DH crowd; and the Corkscrew, Pingu, Boogie Man, Empress combination, which is more stunty and technical.

CBC, recently buffed to museum quality, will be popular with most every rider. Seymour is also home to two trails named for genital injury; C??? Buster and Severed Dick - both of which are steep and windy. Seymour tends to be the muddiest of the 3 mountains so don't wear your favourite white socks.
